At TKTX Australia, we understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why we work with a professional Australian fulfilment partner to ensure your order is picked, packed and dispatched promptly.
Shipping Times
All genuine TKTX products are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment centre in Queensland.
Orders are dispatched twice daily on business days wherever possible.
Australia Post Delivery Estimates
Express Priority (Priority Picking + Express Post)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Express Post
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 4–10+ business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post network conditions, public holidays, weather events or your delivery location. Deliveries to Western Australia, regional and remote areas may take longer.
Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched on the same or next business day.
During promotional periods, public holidays and peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Please note that pickup is not available.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional upgrade and is not included with your order unless selected during checkout.
Shipping Protection provides added peace of mind by protecting eligible orders against certain shipping-related issues while your parcel is in transit.
What's Covered
Lost in Transit
If Australia Post confirms that your parcel has been lost during transit, we will prioritise the dispatch of a replacement order using the same shipping method originally selected at checkout.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives with products that have been damaged during transit and are no longer usable, we will replace the affected products after reviewing your claim.
What's Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:

Parcels that Australia Post has marked as Delivered, including deliveries made using Safe Drop or Authority to Leave.

Parcels reported as lost or stolen after Australia Post has recorded the parcel as delivered.

Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging where the products inside remain intact, undamaged and fully usable.

Minor damage to the packaging that does not affect the quality or usability of the products.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.

Claims for missing items or empty parcels where the original packaging has been discarded before the claim has been lodged.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is optional.
If Shipping Protection has not been purchased, responsibility for the delivery transfers to Australia Post once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
While we are always happy to assist by lodging enquiries with Australia Post and helping wherever possible, we are unable to guarantee a replacement, refund or credit for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit where Shipping Protection was not purchased.
Claims Process
If you believe your order is eligible for a Shipping Protection claim, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photographs of the outer packaging (including any visible damage).

Clear photographs of the products received.

A photograph of the shipping label attached to the parcel.
Please do not dispose of the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Australia Post may require photographs or inspection of the original packaging as part of their investigation.
Claims relating to damaged goods, missing items or empty parcels may be declined if the original packaging has been discarded or the requested information cannot be provided.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be resent.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking details.
